An architecture agency specialized in managing construction work
The agency was created in 2020 by Nadia Ammar, a DPLG architect, after 15 years of experience managing the execution of major projects like the rehabilitation of Maison de Radio France in Paris, and the refurbishment of the large store La Samaritaine in Paris.
NA Architecture collaborates with the most important international architecture and design agencies, and major luxury brands.
From hotel to retail or residential... Our approch is multidisciplinary.
Our role
NA architecture, as executive architect, supports the project of an architect or designer by taking charge of the design of the project, its technical aspects and its follow-up.
As a key coordinator between all the stakeholders of the project (client, designer, architect, design office, technical office, control office, OPC, companies), the agency provides technical and architectural coordination and guarantees compliance with normative, qualitative, and economical criteria.
Our services
The executive architect accompanies the client in the implementation of the project.
This service is particularly adapted to foreign brands and architects who design projects in France.
TECHNICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATION
As an interface between all project participants, the agency ensures architectural and technical coordination and guarantees compliance with normative, qualitative and economic criteria.
Feasibility study
In this exploratory phase, the agency controls the adequacy of the program and/or the design with the financial envelope of the customer, the local regulations, and the constraints of the construction site. At the end, the agency delivers a report on the project’s technical, financial and administrative aspects.
PRE-PROJECT STUDIES AND REQUESTS FOR AUTHORIZATIONS
Accompaniment in obtaining the building permit and all other necessary authorizations.
Follow-up of the necessary files and other formalities.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Finalization of the design and preparation of the tender documents.
Assistance in the selection of the various construction service providers and preparation of the contract files.
MONITORING THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK
Coordination between the various stakeholders and service providers, monitoring the quality of the works and their compliance with the rules of the art.
RECEPTION OF WORK
This key phase is organized with the client: acceptance of the work, validation of their compliance with the contract signed and the rules of art
